Building Hope. Building Homes. Building Community.
At the Jerry Ambrose Veterans Council (JAVC), we believe every veteran deserves a safe, dignified place to call home. Too many of our nation’s heroes struggle with homelessness, instability, or the challenges of transitioning back into civilian life. The Tiny Homes Project is our answer: a permanent, supportive community where veterans can live with dignity, stability, and hope.
Redirect Your State Taxes to Support Veterans in Need
JAVC is a Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) in Arizona, which means you can donate to our programs and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Arizona state taxes—at no extra cost to you.
Instead of sending your tax dollars to the state, you can put them to work right here in your community—helping veterans access housing, medical care, education, and support services.
Arizona law allows you to apply QCO donations made in 2025, or before April 15, 2026, to your 2025 state income tax return.
The maximum QCO credit donation amount for 2025:
$495 single, married filing separate or head of household; $987 married filing joint.
After your donation is received, JAVC will provide a Tax Credit Donation Receipt for your records and tax filing.
